RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

Customers must initiate return or replacement requests within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Replacement Eligibility

Products may qualify for replacement if:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect product received
  • Missing components due to packing error

Required Evidence

Customers must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear Photos
  • Unboxing Video (Recommended)
  • Description of Issue

Non-Eligible Situations

Replacement requests may be denied if:

  • Product has been used improperly
  • Physical damage occurred after delivery
  • Product was modified
  • Customer changed their mind after purchase

Refund Policy

Starscapes primarily offers replacements rather than refunds.

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • Replacement inventory is unavailable
  • Order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
